Privacy
What happens to your data when you visit this site. The short version: we don't track you.
This policy covers ktai.ai, the marketing site for ktAi. It does not cover the ktAi product itself, which handles client information under separate, stricter terms agreed directly with each firm.
What we collect
From the site itself, essentially nothing. It is a set of static pages. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising. We do not build a profile of you, and there is no account to create.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the requests needed to deliver the pages to your browser, which includes your IP address, and may keep short-lived operational and security logs. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own terms.
Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address for that request. Apart from those, and the anti-spam check described below, we load nothing else from third parties.
If you email us
You can contact us by email, at roy@ktai.ai. If you write to us, we receive your message and your address and keep them to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list.
If you request access
The request-access page carries a form. It asks for your name, your role, your work email and your firm, and optionally your firm's size, where you practice, and what you would use ktAi for. When you submit it, those details are sent to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service, so that we can reply. They are not added to a mailing list and are not used for advertising. We keep them while we are in contact with you about access, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
To keep that form from being abused, it is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile runs a check in your browser to tell a person from a bot, so Cloudflare receives your IP address and limited technical information about that request. It does not track you across sites.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Your choices
You can email us at any time to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. Because we keep so little, this is usually a short conversation.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page. The date below reflects the last revision.
